  • This Irish love story will be worth the ticket price! Go to http://fainneoir.com/ to read more and purchase tickets. Below is a letter from Mike Hannon to Mike McCabe detailing the event:

    Hi Mike,

I am excited to co-produce the US premiere of a new contemporary music and dance experience composed by an amazing Mayo composer, Kathy Fahey and choreographed by Riverdance lead dancer, Ciara Sexton! ‘Fainne Oir’ is a love story set in Mayo in famine times and telling an old story in a new way!

Following the world premiere at the Royal Theatre, Castlebar, Sept 20, Symphony Space in NYC will host the US premiere Sept 26! Delighted that the Mayo Concert Orchestra are travelling to the US to perform at the premiere together with supporting choral and dance ensembles!

Full details at www.fainneoir.com, this will be a night to remember and a landmark event celebrating the new Ireland!

I am writing to alert you that premium tickets are selling fast and to recommend early booking here

I really hope you can join us.
